How it works...

Treatment Charges

Where treatments are provided, savings opportunities will be identified. If the treatment fails to identify savings less than the treatment fee, then the difference will be refunded.

Membership fees

Our memberships are designed for hotels that want to start or maintain a regular savings program. Savings opportunities are tracked and reviewed every three months. In any case where savings cannot be identified above the value of the fees, the difference will be refunded.

One-on-One Sessions

Our One-on-One sessions with the team, as well as some specialist advisory/educational treatments are not covered by the guarantee (this is clearly stated in the treatment descriptions). These sessions are for follow-up support to a treatment or an chance to pick the brains of a particular team member about one of their specialist subjects.
