Our Mission
At the Hotel Cost Clinic we believe that all hotels, large and small, should have access to management and cost support.
Up until now, it has only been large hotels and groups that have been able to afford this advice and expertise.

All of our team share a common love for the hotel industry, and bring with them a broad range of experience in hotel operations and managing hotel costs.

We are not a purchasing agency and we do not conduct tenders on your behalf. We simply provide you with the expertise necessary to manage your costs and get the best from your own operation and supply deals.

Our mission is simple - to bring specialist expertise to ALL hotels in a cost effective way. HCC uses video calls to provide hoteliers with support on an hourly or ‘project’ rate. By providing more bite-sized services, you can talk with our team who can show you how to save costs on whatever specific spend area you are working with.
