Quick Tip: Adjust your pack sizes to Reduce Wastage

It seems so obvious, but we have been working with a number of hotels who have not taken the time recently - especially in the Kitchen - to reduce pack sizes.

An example given this month was a hotel who despite running at Very Low Occupancy (10-40%) are still buying their baked beans in 2.6Kg cans. They were throwing at least half of every tin away. It's challenging enough to make a breakfast profitable right now, so take a look at your packs. Smaller packs may be slightly more expensive, but you can save in the long run!
